Parkhill Medical Centre will primarily be a privately billing clinic from 27 September 2021. A $35 gap fee applies for GP standard consultations after your Medicare rebate. 

We continue bulk-billing a telehealth consult ( Monday to Saturday).


Children under 15 years old, A PENSIONERS who holds a valid AGE or DSP Concession Card. DVA Card Holder, Patients who are identify as being Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander between 9am to 5pm on weekdays with a booked appointment from Outside these hours, PRIVATE billing applies.


Dr Moe bulk-bills all Medicare Card Holders except Saturdays.  

At Parkhill Medical Centre, we pride ourselves on providing the highest possible standard of health care to our community. 

To Achieve this is today's environment, it's not possible to bulk-bill everyone. That's why we charge a consultation fee in most cases. 

Medicare provides you with a rebate for consultations with GP. Unfortunately, the costs of keeping our clinic running cannot be sustained by the rebate being offered by Medicare.

Due to the Covid-19 Outbreak, if You and/or Your Child have cold & Flu Symptoms (e.g. sore throat, fever, cough, runny nose), please DO NOT attend the clinic as you will be asked to leave to undertake a Bulk-Billed GP PHONE consultation prior. Please Book online or call reception on 87902111 to arrange a GP PHONE consultation. Our Doctors can assess & arrange a face to face assessment if required.
